François Choquette

François Choquette leads the global benefits consulting team for Aon Hewitt. He has 25 years of experience assisting multinationals with a broad range of international human resources areas such as mergers and acquisitions, global compensation and benefit design, global actuarial, global governance policies, multinational pooling and employee mobility. He specializes in assisting multinationals define and implement their global benefits and compensation strategy and ensuring alignment with their overall business objectives.

Choquette is one of the key architects of Aon Hewitt Global Benefit Solution (GBS). GBS combines Aon’s unique global broking and administration capabilities to deliver an end-to-end solution over the full benefit life cycle by simplifying the procurement and transaction nature of benefits while providing a common and sophisticated employee experience. GBS is powered by Aon’s leading-edge technology (Greater Insight).

He has a B.S. in actuarial sciences from Laval University in Québec City and is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
