Henri de Combles de Nayves

Henri de Combles de Nayves is a partner in McKinsey’s Paris office. He works with Banking, Insurance and Asset Management organizations in Europe. He devotes most of his time to strategy and transformation programs of large French and international companies operating in the banking and insurance sectors. His areas of expertise include business portfolio management, business strategies, governance, distribution networks organization, and wealth and risk management. In addition, he has accompanied major transformation plans, as well as mergers and acquisitions, on behalf of financial institutions. Henri de Combles de Nayves is also actively involved in McKinsey's research initiatives in the banking and insurance sectors. Prior to joining McKinsey in 2012, Henri de Combles de Nayves worked for seven years as an equity derivatives trader at Société Générale. A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, Henri also holds an MBA from INSEAD.
