With nearly 19 million of the U.S. population identifying as a military veteran, Veterans Day is an important time to acknowledge the achievements and reflect upon the many ways military veterans have influenced and contributed to the insurance industry. We also recognize and honor the skills and diversity that veterans bring to the industry. Leadership, problem-solving skills, and integrity are just some of the skills that military veterans possess, and these skills are needed for a successful career in the insurance industry. With many insurance executives being veterans themselves, the industry is showing that they see the value that veterans bring.
