2022 will look a lot like the second half of 2021, but opportunities are emerging for auto insurers to differentiate themselves, especially through telematics. 

The current system for secondary towing is excruciating. The only reasonable solution is to start over from scratch.

Instead of relying entirely on consumers to self-report, insurers would see faster, more accurate reports if they partner with tow providers.
