Navigating the Digital Shift: The Increasing Influence of UX on Customer Acquisition

  • The quality of a portal/mobile app is just as important as brand reputation when consumers choose a new carrier.
  • The importance of seamless online experiences is twice as high for consumers under 45 years old as for those over 45.
